Event Terms & Conditions

applies to all SupportUKtoday events unless otherwise stated

1. Event Contribution / Fees

Some events may require an Event Contribution or fee.

If a fee applies, it will be clearly stated on the event page.

Once payment is requested and made, the contribution becomes non‑refundable, unless otherwise stated.

2. Registration of Interest

Submitting a registration form is not a confirmed booking.

No payment is taken at this stage unless specified.

You are simply expressing interest in attending the event.

3. Confirmation Process

For events requiring payment:

• You will receive an email inviting you to secure your place.
• Payment must be made within the timeframe stated in your confirmation email.
• Your place is only guaranteed once payment is completed.
• If you do not complete payment, your place may be offered to someone else.

4. Capacity & Availability

Events may have limited capacity.

Places are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis once payment (if required) is completed.

If an event becomes full, you may be placed on a waiting list.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Event Contributions are non‑refundable once payment is made, unless the event is cancelled by SupportUKtoday.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at SupportUKtoday’s discretion.

If you are unable to attend, your contribution will be reinvested into SupportUKtoday community activities.

6. Photography & Media

By attending any SupportUKtoday event, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken for awareness and community materials.

You may opt out during registration or inform a team member on the day.

7. Food & Additional Purchases

Some events may take place in venues where food or drinks are available.

Unless stated, food and additional drinks are not included in the Event Contribution and can be purchased separately.

8. Behaviour & Community Standards

SupportUKtoday promotes a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

Any behaviour that disrupts the event or makes others feel unsafe may result in removal from the event.

9. Changes to Event Details

SupportUKtoday reserves the right to:

• Adjust timings
• Change dates
• Update event format
• Change venue

Any changes will be communicated to all registered participants.

10. Use of Funds

Event Contributions are fully reinvested into the SupportUKtoday movement to support:

• Awareness campaigns
• Community materials
• Outreach activities
• Future community events

SupportUKtoday is a social enterprise, not a charity, and does not collect donations.

Attendees are welcome to support charities separately if they wish.

11. Accessibility & Requirements

If you have dietary, accessibility, or support needs, please inform us during registration.

We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.

12. Data & Privacy

Registration information is collected solely for the purpose of managing your event attendance.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent and is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
